Genesis Homes is a family owned and operated business that has grown into a fully integrated real estate development, construction and management company with operations throughout Southern Ontario. Since 1986, Genesis has developed and constructed nearly 3,000 freehold and condominium homes.

  • Genesis Homes has been a long standing member of the Toronto’s Building Industry and Land Development Association and is recognized as a builder of exceptional homes and communities.

  • The company has won several industry awards over the years. Among them is a Canadian Home Builder “SAM” Award for Builder of the Year; Best Low Rise Design for Tyandaga Oaks in Burlington and at Forest Ridge in Oakville; and Genesis Homes has been recognised by the Town of Oakville for outstanding community design.
